BEYOND THE PAYWALL
An Undervalued TE Hiding in Plain Sight

AN UPSIDE TE WHO’S ALMOST FREE
Erick All's rookie season in 2024 was unfortunately derailed by injury, limiting him to a "redshirt" year. Drafted in the fourth round, All arrived with a strong collegiate pedigree, known for his smooth athleticism, precise route running, and reliable hands. He was highly regarded before a significant injury cut short his final college season, leading to his slight draft fall. The Bengals, however, still saw enough to invest a mid-round pick, a clear sign they believe in his long-term potential.
Now, as we head into 2025, it's crucial to acknowledge the current landscape: the Bengals just re-signed Mike Gesicki to a significant three-year deal. Gesicki had a productive 2024 with the team, primarily operating as their "big slot" receiver, aligning in the slot over 60% of the time. He is currently their primary pass-catching tight end. This means Erick All isn't stepping into an immediate volume role. However, this doesn't erase All's long-term appeal for a couple of reasons.
First, Gesicki isn’t the model of consistency when it comes to fantasy production. It has been inconsistent throughout his career, often fluctuating wildly from season to season, making him unreliable for week-to-week starting lineups. Despite his receiving prowess, he's never been a high-volume touchdown scorer, which significantly caps his ceiling in a Joe Burrow offense that already features top-tier wideouts. Furthermore, at age 30 in 2025 and with a contract structure that offers an out in 2027, he's a short-to-medium term solution, not the long-term future, especially when factoring in the NFL's brutal age curve for tight ends. His best fantasy finishes have often come when other primary receivers (like Tee Higgins in 2024) have been sidelined, indicating he's more of a tertiary option when the full complement of weapons is healthy.
Also, Tight Ends notoriously take time to develop in the NFL, often breaking out in their second or third seasons. All spent his rookie year learning the system and rehabbing, and he's returned to health with a vengeance. Bengals Offensive Coordinator Dan Pitcher recently highlighted his progress during June's minicamp:
"Erick's recovery has been phenomenal. He's moving exceptionally well, and his hands are as reliable as they come. Joe [Burrow] has developed a quick connection with him. He's going to be a real weapon for us, providing that middle-of-the-field presence."
This sounds like a direct indication that while Gesicki handles the immediate, the team views All as a significant weapon in their future plans. You're buying the talent now, for future dividends.

So, why isn't Erick All's dynasty stock screaming "buy" from every corner? It's precisely because Mike Gesicki is currently the primary receiving tight end, combined with All's injury-riddled rookie year. The market prioritizes immediate returns, pushing players like All into the "forgotten" bin, where they become incredibly cheap.
Looking at his DLF ADP (as always, check the site, but as of late June 2025) he's not being drafted, which means he’s in TE40+ range. While Gesicki holds down the "receiving tight end" role for now, he'll be 32 in the 2025 season. NFL contracts, even multi-year ones, often have outs, and All (who will be on a cheaper rookie deal) represents the younger, high-upside option for future seasons. All's strengths directly address a key need for the Bengals: a dynamic, middle-of-the-field target who can separate from linebackers and safeties. He's not just a blocker; he's a true receiving tight end tied directly to Joe Burrow, a quarterback who values reliable targets and has shown he'll feature tight ends (think C.J. Uzomah's consistent role alongside Burrow and Gesicki last season).
The signal is undeniable: All possesses high-end talent, an elite quarterback connection, and a very clear path to becoming the primary receiving tight end in a year or two, all while his current price reflects an artificial market depression due to an injury and a short-term veteran presence.

This is where you can find an edge. While your league mates are still scrolling through generic rankings or looking at last year’s stats, you're tapping into real-time market data to find the absolute deepest sleepers.
We plugged Erick All into the DLF Trade Finder, and the results are so underwhelming that there isn’t a reason to type them out here. I’m talking trades straight up for blind bidding dollars or QBs in the “Mason Rudolph” tier.
These are incredibly low acquisition costs for a player with All's talent and potential. You're essentially getting a potential multi-year starter for what amounts to pocket change, allowing you to patiently stash him while he develops and waits for his turn. If he doesn't develop, the cost of acquisition is so low you likely won’t even remember the price.
The DLF Trade Analyzer, along with our ADP, and Rankings, shows you the actual market, not just analyst projections. It empowers you to see these value discrepancies before they become obvious. You don't have to guess; you have the data.
